Do you really realize how important it is to move your body while your pregnant? Research has proven the benefits are everything from less nausea and mood swings to quicker and easier labor and delivery. You don’t have to do much- one study showed that walking one flight of stairs a day lowers your risk of developing gestational diabetes substantially.

I also recommend the Prenatal & Postpartum Training Fan by Annette Lang. I used this throughout my pregnancy and it was great. You carry it to the gym with you and it walks you through everything you need to do- a must for those of us who experience serious pregnancy brain!
