Starbucks hears us! Last year, to cut costs Starbucks stopped providing the option of organic milk in it’s lattes. This was disheartening, but now they are taking a step in the right direction. Starbucks is changing it’s recipes to remove all artificial ingredients, trans fats and high fructose corn syrup. We voice our opinions and they hear us! Now you can indulge in an occasional tasty treat without the added toxins. So now, let’s collectively start asking them to bring back the organic milk, and coffee while we’re at it!

Healthy Times Teething Biscuits

  1. Breastfeed, and read 5 ways to avoid BPA so it doesn’t end up in your milk  (If feeding your baby formula, buy powdered formula in a non metal can)
  2. Avoid plastic toys- give your baby natural fabric ones instead
  3. Opt for silicone pacifiers and nipples
  4. Use glass, stainless steel or certified BPA-free baby bottles
  5. Dress your baby in cotton clothing and avoid polyesters

  1. Don’t eat canned food or beverages
  2. Avoid #3 and #7 Plastics
  3. Store Food in glass or ceramic containers, not plastic, and NEVER heat food in plastic in the microwave
  4. Don’t wear clothing made of vinyl or pvc
  5. Use a water filter
